The workouts are challenging but in a good way, and the programming keeps things interesting with a variety of workouts. The gym is well equipped with everything you need for effective training. Coaches Tammy, Scott, and Mary are great at helping you with improving form and offering scaling options. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and fun, and the friendly competition pushes you to give it your best effort. Being able to easily track progress over time is also a great motivator.
