Our Story
MKG Fitness / CrossFit MKG is a female-owned functional fitness facility proudly serving North Seattle since 2012. What started as a passion for bringing world-class coaching to a small-group setting has grown into one of the most trusted fitness communities in the Pinehurst, Northgate, Shoreline, and Lake Forest Park neighborhoods.
Our mission is simple: make high-quality fitness accessible and welcoming for everyone — regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. We believe that small class sizes, expert coaching, and a supportive community are the keys to lasting results.
From our signature CrossFit-style Strength & Conditioning classes to our Lifting Club, Functional Endurance sessions, Yoga, Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, and Nutrition Coaching, every program is designed to meet you where you are and help you become the strongest version of yourself.

Not at all. Many of our members had zero experience when they started. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level, and our coaches guide you through every movement. You'll never be thrown into anything you're not ready for.
You'll sit down with a coach to talk about your goals, get a tour of the facility, and learn how our programming works. There's no pressure and no commitment — it's just a conversation to see if MKG is the right fit for you.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes you can move in (cross-trainers or sneakers work great). Bring a water bottle — we have everything else you need. If you're dropping in, please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.
Absolutely. Our Strength & Conditioning classes combine functional movements with high-intensity training, which is one of the most effective approaches for fat loss, muscle building, and overall fitness. Pair that with our Nutrition Coaching and you'll see real, lasting results.

Yes! Drop-ins are $25 per class. Just click the "Drop-In" link in the menu to request a session, and please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up.
